The breakfast felt below expectations. i've experienced better quality and variety at cheaper resorts. the staff seemed slow. Getting coffee and food took a while. after complaining, i only received smiles and empty promises, but nothing changed.

i adored how the rooms were so clean. the grounds were also maintained, a tender gesture. i found hair conditioner a treat, because so many other places do not has it. my children enjoyed watching squirrels by the pool.

The wifi didn't reach the beach cabanas. My work was difficult. also, a tiny broken glass was in my cereals. room service delivered another's order, it woken us.

I booked through luxury escapes and it seems they work with the hotel to sell rooms that are hard to sell. i was in the west wing on the 4th floor, a long walk to restaurants, pools, and the beach (quite a hike, really). the room seemed unused for a while, as it was dusty and musty. also, the all-inclusive meal vouchers were a pain. A system attached to the room number would be better (in this day and age!).

I stayed for a week in july 2024 and booked the garden view room. i thought adding breakfast to my stay was a good choice. the masala chai at breakfast made my day. It was a great way to start the day (the options were great!). i even met sutarsa, a housekeeper, who was always helpful and checked if the room needed anything.

my room lacked netflix or youtube (the suites did have them though). this was only a very minor thing though, and didn't impact my stay much.

The grounds are scenic and clean. All staff members are pleasant and cute. the hotel has direct beach access. The beach is amazing, lined with trees and comfortable chairs. it's a ten-minute walk to bali collection (a retail shopping/massage and dining mall).

the hotel provides many activities, including watersports, perfumery, and dessert making classes. there are two main pools, offering excellent poolside service and a nice menu. the hotel has a currency exchange and an atm on site for guest convenience.

I had a great photoshoot at the photo studio. Wayan, the photographer, was super helpful. customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. staff displayed very pleasant and cute behaviour.

The breakfast options were of international cuisine and very tasty. sengoll pasar performance dinner is a must-do. The performance is riveting, and the food buffet is delicious. room service had a nice menu. I really liked the mi goreng, chicken skewers, and beef cheeseburger.

I stayed for a week. Breakfast was great, especially masala chai. The hotel had many activities, including water sports and a perfumery. Housekeeping was super helpful. Sutarsa, a housekeeper, was very attentive. I found the grounds scenic and the staff pleasant (a warm welcome!).

There were a lot of kids there, frequently jumping in the pool. The noise may bother some guests.
